This document sets out the terms of use and operation of the website governing the access to and use of this website (sailawave.com) by any user of our service. Please read these Terms Policy carefully before you begin your use of this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policies, so if you do not agree, you must not use this website.

These Terms may be amended. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals.

The provided service is the rent of our catamaran from the marina of the region Nafplio.

Without skipper

The tenant during check in, receives the vessel along with its equipment and is liable for the vessel and passengers.

With skipper

Our company occupies experienced and trusted skippers whose only concern is to safely take you to the most beautiful places.

The Tenant will deliver the catamaran  fully commissioned, clean internally and externally, tidy, with all the gear and equipment in perfect condition and with full fuel and water tanks and expects the catamaran  to be returned in the same condition.

The Tenant will return the vessel to the same point of the check in at the last day of the agreed charter period. The Tenant  shall return the catamaran in the same condition as it was delivered, clean and with a full fuel tank. All the expenses of the catamaran fuel and catamaran use during the charter period should be paid by the Tenant.

In case that any dispute arises between the members of the Website concerning the use of the services, in violation of the terms of this Agreement, it is agreed that parties shall try to solve them amicably.

In any case, for any dispute that arises between us and the tenants of the catamaran, the Courts of the City of Naflpio and the Greek Law apply.
